Train the Trainer Workshops |

Exercise Rhymes™ offers Train the Trainer talks and workshops for preschool and elementary educators, children’s fitness teachers, and therapists working with special needs’ children. Instructors learn how to structure both fitness classes and educational classes to incorporate Exercise Rhymes™ and other physical activity. These talks/workshops are customized to each client’s needs. Participants keep a training package with workshop materials, the Exercise Rhymes™ fitness flashcards starter deck and the Exercise Rhymes™ Teacher’s Guide. Contact us for more information. |

We host birthday parties in the Greater Phoenix Area. Parties include a 45 minute Exercise Rhymes/Yoga class, ideal for kids 3-7 years old with older and younger siblings. We rhyme, stretch, sing, dance and play while pretending to be animals, trains, airplanes, etc. Kids have a great time letting out some energy and practicing calming skills. Can be done in a living room, grassy yard, park, etc. Paypal accepted. The Exercise Rhymes fitness flashcards make a great all in one favor available at the wholesale price.
